Heat the water and turmeric in a small pot over low heat stirring over and over again until the texture is similar to that of toothpaste (2-3 minutes). Let the mixture cool and keep in a glass jar in the fridge for no more than 40 days.
To prepare golden milk for one person pour a cup of rice (or oat) milk in a small pot, add half a teaspoonful of golden paste and heat until the drink emits smoke. Then remove from heat, put the drink into a cup and add 1 teaspoonful of acacia or wildflower honey, 1 teaspoonful of sweet almond oil for food use (as an alternative you can use clarified butter or extra virgin olive oil) and a sprinkle of powdered cinnamon.
