Ingredients for 4 people
2 bunches of parsley
2 bunches of basil
40 g of celery
2 fresh tomatoes
20 g of grated pecorino
1 clove of garlic
pepper
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Wash parsley, basil, celery and tomatoes.
Clean the clove of garlic and remove the inner part. Grind all the ingredients together until you get a homogeneous sauce.
Add pepper and oil.
Prepare the pasta, season with summer pesto and add some grated pecorino before serving.
